This condo building will be a mixed-use project comprised of three elements. A two-storey podium will house over 66,000 square feet of retail space, not only providing active commercial use, but designed in a way that mirrors the scope and aesthetics of the surrounding heritage buildings.
A C-shaped element will house the bulk of residential space, reaching up to the 15th storey, while two tower elements will flank the north and south portions of the site, extending up to the 19th storey. Location & Neighbourhood
Condos in Corktown benefit from being part of a trendy and growing part of the city, immediately east of the downtown core.
The neighbourhood is largely anchored by the stretch of King Street East that runs through it, a stretch that’s undergone significant urbanization over the past few years and is now home to trendy shops, cafes, design showrooms and the main campus for George Brown College.
