Amenities

This site occupies a sizable parcel of urban land, bound by Jarvis Street to the east, Gerrard Street to the south and Mutual Street to the west.

It’s currently home to a commercial building, as well as two three-storey heritage buildings fronting onto Jarvis, which are used for both residential and office space. A block of three-storey heritage townhomes occupies the western portion of the site. There are three distinct elements to this redevelopment, each unique in their own way:

One: a contemporary, 25-storey condominium will occupy the western portion of the site, restoring and incorporating the heritage townhomes into its three-storey podium. A portion of this podium will also front onto Gerrard Street, featuring retail space at street level.

Two: The heritage homes fronting onto Jarvis Street will be restored and connected by a new three-storey component, for a structure that pairs modern architecture with classic charm. This section will primarily be used for office and retail use.

Three: A ten-storey component will connect to the rear of the second portion, housing retail and office use.

In total, 306 residential units will be added to the site, with a mix of 1 bachelor unit, 236 one-bedroom and 66 two-bedroom units. The three-storey townhomes fronting onto Mutual Street will each feature three bedrooms. Condominium residents will have access to 6,587 square feet of indoor amenity space and 5,941 square feet of outdoor amenity space in the tower, spread out amongst the 2nd 3rd and 11th floors. An underground parking garage will house 106 parking spots for residents.

This is a unique opportunity to live in a state-of-the-art community that combines the neighbourhood’s rich, historical architecture with contemporary elements, for truly elevated living.

Location & Neighbourhood

New condos in the Church and Wellesley District take advantage of some of downtown Toronto’s best attractions.

Shops, restaurants and a friendly vibe give the district a small-town feel, while the heart of the city is just minutes away. Ryerson University, a globally-recognized institution that continues to expand and attract top talent, is just across the street, while the buzzing shopping and dining stretch of Yonge Street is a short walk to the east.

Dundas Square – which has the highest pedestrian population per day of any intersection in the city – is nearby, featuring concerts, festivals and cultural events all-year round.

Well within downtown Toronto’s growth centre, it’s a pocket that continues to urbanize, with a record number of condominiums being built and proposed along the main streets here. Many of them incorporate existing heritage structures, although the sheer size of the site makes it somewhat unique.

With a perfect 100 on its Transit Score, this area makes it remarkably seamless to get around the city, including to nearby high-density employment areas like The Financial District and the Bay Street Corridor.

Urban, dynamic and growing rapidly, this is a perfect place to consider investing if you like the idea of a downtown Toronto condo.
