This site occupies a sizable parcel of urban land, bound by Jarvis Street to the east, Gerrard Street to the south and Mutual Street to the west.

It’s currently home to a commercial building, as well as two three-storey heritage buildings fronting onto Jarvis, which are used for both residential and office space. A block of three-storey heritage townhomes occupies the western portion of the site. There are three distinct elements to this redevelopment, each unique in their own way:

An underground parking garage will house 106 parking spots for residents.
