284 Lawrence Avenue West Condos will have 175 residential suites and over 9,700 square-feet of retail space. While the second building, Building B, will sit on the south side, will rise 13-storeys and will offer 280 residential units and over 40,000 square-feet of retail space.

The first phase of this development will be Building B. This project will be built by First Capital and will provide residents with a contemporary condominium with modern features and finishes.

This development will consist of a complete redevelopment of an underutilized site at this intersection. This proposal calls for two new mid-rise condominiums. Building A will rise 10-storeys while Building B will rise 13-storeys. Building B will be built in the first phase of this development and will offer 280 residential units.

These units will be divided between:

  • 3 - Studio Units
  • 194 - One Bedroom Units
  • 54 - Two Bedroom Units
  • 29 - Three Bedroom Units

This development will also have over 40,000 square-feet of retail and commercial space on the first and second floor which will give residents more access to local amenities as well as the convenience of having everything they need in one place. Amenity space will also be provided with over 12,000 square-feet of space dedicated to Building B.

However, residents of both buildings can access the amenities in both Building A and B. Although we don’t have information about the amenities just yet, we know that a large outdoor terrace will be available on the third level.

284 Lawrence Avenue West Condos will feature a contemporary architectural design with red brick on the lower levels and ivory coloured concrete on the upper levels. The building will have setbacks on the south-side to give it a unique look and the entire building will be covered in large glass windows to bring in the most natural light. Location & Neighbourhood

284 Lawrence Avenue West Condos will be near some of the best neighbouring communities of the city including Forest Hill and Midtown Toronto. Residents here will enjoy the many amenities close by including gourmet restaurants, retail stores and some of the best schools in the city.
