30 Scollard Street condo building first floor will be for amenities, offices, a residential lobby and a mezzanine on two floors for other amenities. Spaces relevant to residents will include bike stations on the first floor and an underground three parking level garage, with three elevators dedicated to each level.
The parking garage will have 100 parking spaces with 55 dedicated to residents. Recreation spaces include a pool, gym and that will be on floors eight and nine and will take up 952 square metres. Lastly, the penthouse on the last four floors is dedicated to one suite and has a terrace on the first floor, second and third floor.
The exterior of the building has a diamond shape pattern surrounding the podium, with the preexisting building facing Scollard Street still present. The building is noticeably different above the podium, with a facade of lighter material, which will allow more light to shine on the material, reinforcing that lighter appearance. The last four floors for the penthouse are slanted, which will face the south end.

The transit score for the location is 91 out of 100, as it’s 450 metres from the Bloor-Yonge station, 350 metres from the Bay station and 650 metres from the Rosedale station.
