Condo Project Summary

33 Parliament Street Condos is a high-rise mixed-use tower in pre-construction. It is being built by veteran developer Graywood Developments. This location is simply magical. These condos are on near waterfront property in the St. Lawrence neighbourhood. This is definitely one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in the GTA.

This tower will stand tall at 39 storeys, and it will emerge from a 15 storey podium. The ground level will have ample retail space with 13,430 square feet spread out across three different units. It will house a total of 262 parking spaces including 192 spaces for residences, 37 for visitors, and 33 retail spaces.

This development will be outfitted with a series of tremendous amenities. The 16th floor is completely allocated to amenities, and it will feature a total of 6,800 square feet of indoor amenity space, and 12,290 square feet of outdoor amenity space. If the prospect of lounging outside on the 16th floor on a hot summer days isn’t enticing enough, there will also be a swimming pool on the deck. If you’re looking to explore the area, there’s plenty to see. The St Lawrence Market is still one of the best places to get your farm fresh food, and even though the St. James Cathedral is no longer the tallest building in the city, it’s still a sight to behold.

The location provides a choice of grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. One highlight is the Distillery District.
