This expansive project will be an accumulated 48 storeys and feature a 6-storey tall podium. The development will span approximately 474,400 square feet of gross floor area.

The impressively sized condo project will provide ample room for residents. A total of 560 condominium units will be offered in suite models ranging from studios to 3-bedrooms and in sizes between 350 square feet to over 1,000 square feet. As well, the new condo will offer 100 units exclusively designated for rental use, replacing the existing ones currently found on the project site.

The rental units will sit on levels two to six of the 22.2 metres tall podium. The rental units will be split up into 20 bachelor units, 75 one-bedroom units and 5 two-bedroom units. Residents of these units will have access to storage lockers, laundry facilities, lounge facilities and more. The double-height lobby will be accessible to both condo residents and rental residents.

The tower’s residential units will be available in a variety of layouts, comprised of the following balance: 66 bachelor units, 291 one-bedroom units, 128 two-bedroom units.

Featuring interior design by Cecconi Simone, this development will also offer seven ground-floor townhouse units located at the western portion of the development’s podium base. These two-level homes will be available in 2 and 3-bedroom layouts and come complete with a 2.4-metre private terrace and planting bed. Residents will additionally be able to enjoy quiet alone time thanks to the included privacy screen between each terrace.

Residents will have no shortage of amenity space, located in the podium and 48th floor and add up to a total of 13,950 square feet. These luxurious facilities include a media room, meeting room, lounges, gym, and a 48th storey-high party room with accompanying kitchen that provides breathtaking views of the city skyline and the lakeshore.

All residents will have access to 9,200 square feet of outdoor space designed by landscape architect Janet Rosenburg. This will include several outdoor lounge areas, a barbecue area, dining space, and a scenic roof garden. This really just means that hosts will have the ideal space for holding summer time events outside — and with space for cooking and lounging and unbeatable views, what could be better?

Location & Neighbourhood

You can’t get more central than this North Midtown neighbourhood. The area is defined by its impressive and lavish collection of luxury condos ranging from low-rise to high-rise — and this modern development is the perfect addition.

Residents will find themselves in the centre of everything, with prime access to the immediate area’s high-end fashion and dining.

From this location, residents can reach the Bloor/Yonge subway in less than 3 minutes, Yorkville and the University of Toronto St. George campus in less than 8 minutes, and Ryerson University in less than 15 minutes.
