A new luxury condo project is coming to Toronto. The site is currently occupied by an old commercial building that was constructed in the 1940’s.
6 Noble Street Condos is a new 14-storeys mixed-use condominium by Minto Communities in Toronto. This pre-construction project is located at 6 Noble St, near the intersection of Queen Street West and Dufferin Street.
The project’s design calls for red brick between the top of the second floor to the eighth floor on the north side and from the second floor to the fifth floor on the north-west side of the building. The rest of the building will have glass and steel frames surrounding it. The design of this pre-construction project will combine the elements of old and new.

6 Noble Street development will hold 174 residential units. Home-owners and tenants can expect to see a mix of one-bedroom to three-bedroom units varying in size. The building will have 93 one-bedroom units, 64 two-bedroom units and 17 three-bedroom units.
Most of the ground floor will be reserved for a Performing Arts Studio as well as two live-work units. The second floor will have 2,683 square-feet of indoor amenity space and 1,248 square-feet of outdoor amenity space. Additionally, a children’s play area will be reserved on the second floor as well.
The thirteenth and fourteenth floor will hold more space for outdoor amenities while the fourteenth floor will have a community garden on the outdoor terrace for residents to plant their own produce. These added features will give this condominium a homey feel rather than the feeling of a shared space.
A two-level underground parking lot will be available with 65 spaces reserved for residents and 11 for visitors. Bicycle parking spaces will be available as well with 182 spaces reserved for cyclists.
