625 Yonge Street Condos is a new high-rise condominium by Edenshaw Developments Limited in Toronto. This 40-storey pre-construction project is located at 625 Yonge St in the Church and Wellesley neighbourhood. This development will include 326 residential units in total.

The unit mix is expected to include 240 one-bedroom layouts, 69 two-bedroom and 17 three-bedroom layouts.The podium will house 15,000 square-feet of retail space and 17,545 square-feet of office space.

625 Yonge Street Condos also includes four levels of underground parking with 107 parking spaces and 243 bike storage spaces.
