This development will have two 45 storey towers that will both rise out of a 2 storey podium. Together they will house 1,044 units. It is replacing an existing rental apartment building, so it will feature 487 rental units in its northern tower (Tower A), 130 of which will be replacement units for the existing building. The southern tower (Tower B) will be completely allocated for condos.

Tower A will have 54 studio units, 248 one-bedroom units, 184 two-bedroom units, and one three-bedroom unit.

Tower B will have 425 one-bedroom units, 128 two-bedroom units, and 4 three-bedroom units.

This development is located on the southern side of Broadway Avenue in between Yonge Street in the west and Redpath Avenue in the east. It has existing high-rise residential buildings to its north, existing mid-rise housing to the east and south. This development is part of the expansive Midtown neighbourhood, and it is surrounded by multiple options for shops, restaurants, services, and more.

One of the marquee destinations for this residents around this location is the Yonge Eglinton Centre. This shopping centre is anchored by a Metro grocery store, LCBO, and Rexall, truly supplying everything locals need.

The Eglinton Crosstown LRT will be a new light rail line that runs down the Eglinton corridor, making Eglinton Station a new transfer hub in the heart of the city.
