Condo Project Summary
This new project is a pre-construction condominium proposed by RioCan Living for the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood. It sits at located at 660 Eglinton Ave East.
The site of this proposal sits on a 2.3-acre lot on the northeast corner of Eglinton Avenue East and Bayview Avenue. RioCan Living is proposing two contemporary condominiums for the site, one reaching 19 storeys and one standing 12, both featuring retail space on their respective ground floors.Currently, 660 Leaside Condos has an expected occupancy date of 2021.
In total, the proposal calls for 408 dwelling units, consisting of 204 one-bedroom layouts, 185 two-bedroom and 19 three-bedroom layouts. 207 of these will be located in the 12-storey building, while 201 will be located in the 19-storey building.

The proposal for this project also calls for a shared, two-level underground parking lot containing 410 vehicle spaces and 426 bicycle spaces.
The 19-storey building will feature 5,231 square-feet of indoor amenity space on the second floor, while the 12-storey building will feature 599 square-feet of indoor amenity space and 5,231 square-feet of outdoor amenity space on its second floor. The development also proposes 7,760 square-feet of public outdoor space on the site’s southwest corner.
The buildings, designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, will feature a series of base elements, terraces and stepbacks, to provide architectural interest and compliment the diverse streetscape of the area.

The Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood, which surrounds the development at 660 Leaside, is an exciting and rapidly-transforming place to live. Thanks to population growth and a wealth of new residential and commercial condominium buildings, the area has developed a distinctly urban feel comparable to many stretches of downtown Toronto.
