Location & Neighbourhood
The Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood, which surrounds the development at 660 Leaside, is an exciting and rapidly-transforming place to live. Thanks to population growth and a wealth of new residential and commercial condominium buildings, the area has developed a distinctly urban feel comparable to many stretches of downtown Toronto.
We don’t expect this trend to slow down anytime soon, as contemporary condominium developments continue to be proposed and constructed in the area and a multi-million-dollar retail development is set to grace the northwest corner of the intersection as we speak.
Rental rates here command top dollar, as the area continues to serve as a hub for young professionals and those who crave a high-energy urban pocket to call home. Upscale shopping, dining and lifestyle amenities are at your fingertips here, not to mention world-class public transit which will take you into the downtown core in just fifteen minutes.

660 Leaside Condo Developer
RioCan Living is one of Canada’s most established commercial developers, having made their name with large-scale retail complexes across Canada. Lately, they’ve successfully pivoted into the residential and mixed-use condominium market, with some stunning projects, including a seven-acre, mixed-use community in downtown Toronto Ontario. As a major player in Yonge and Eglinton’s upscale retail landscape, they’re a natural fit for this contemporary development and we can’t wait to see what they bring to the table.
