69 Yonge Street Condos was once the home of Canada’s tallest skyscraper back in the early 1900's. This redevelopment will retain and repair the existing historical granite and limestone cladding while replacing the existing single-glazed steel-framed windows with new double-glazed metal windows to match the original mullion pattern.

The ground floor and mezzanine levels will continue to be used for retail while the sub-basement level is to be converted from an unused space to a modern restaurant. The main lobby and elevator location at the south side of the building accessed from the main entrance off of Yonge Street will remain as is.
