The first residential tower will house the majority of the residential units as well as the new 2,098 square meter grocery store that will replace the one currently found on site. This 14 storey-tower will contain 37 studio units, 58 1-bedroom units, 68 1-bedroom + den units, 71 2-bedroom units, 21 2-bedroom + den units, and 3 3-bedroom units. In addition to this 33,989 square metres of residential space, the first tower will have 524 square metres of indoor amenity space, 527 square metres of outdoor amenities, and dedicate a portion of floor space to stroller storage.

At only 8 storeys tall, the second tower has fewer units, totalling 144 in all. Varieties of condo suites will include 21 studio units, 59 1-bedroom units, 38 1-bedroom + den units, 9 2-bedroom units, 6 2-bedroom + den units, and 4 3-bedroom units, adding up to a total residential space of 11,650 square metres. The second tower will feature 558 square meters of indoor amenity space, but no outdoor amenities or retail space.

In addition to these two towers, this complex will feature 6 ground-floor 3-bedroom townhome units to be located at its northeast corner along Strathmore Boulevard. As well, this development will construct 14 new rental units as a replacement for those lost in demolition, each the same bedroom type and size of the original.

The entire complex will be serviced by a 2-level underground garage. This garage will house 261 vehicle spaces, wherein 121 will be found on the first level and 140 below it, while an additional 3 spaces can be found on the surface.
