 Allure Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by EMBLEM in Toronto. This 43-storey mixed-use building pre-construction project is located at 250 King Street East, in the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood.

Allure Condos building’s units will include the following layouts:

The front portions of the existing heritage property at 250 King Street and the properties at 240 and 242 King Street will be conserved and incorporated into the development.

The skyscraper will comprise a 6-storey base building with a 37-storey tower above. The tower will feature slight stepbacks, to gradually reach its maximum height. The exterior design will be a sleek modern shape, featuring 6-storeys of dark grey brick and then black steel, with large pane windows.
