Location & Neighbourhood
This development is in the Regent Park neighbourhood, and it will sit on the northern side of Dundas Street East in between Sackville Street to the west and Sumach Street to the east. The project will be surrounded by high-rise residential housing, and is also adjacent to the Regent Park Aquatic Centre. This makes getting around the entire GTA a breeze.
The surrounding area is a walker’s paradise, with a Walk Score of 77/100 means that residents living here won’t need a car to do daily errands.
