Designed by Scott Shields Architects, this resplendent condominium will incorporate an existing heritage building into its base while a slender and contemporary tower will integrate seamlessly above. In total, the building will stand 18 storeys and feature just 13 living units.

This residence will consist of 2 one-bedroom units ranging between 1,108 and 1,181 square feet in size as well as 10 two-bedroom units ranging between 1,392 and 1,612 square feet.
