Carlyle Condos is a new high-rise condo development in Toronto’s Entertainment District. This new Pre-construction condo project by Carlyle Communities, Fortress Real Developments and the Berkley Group is located at 124 Peter St, southwest corner of Peter and Richmond Streets.
Its proposal calls for a 46-storey structure, consisting of a five-storey podium. The unit mix will consist of 42 studios, 294 one-bedroom, 89 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom suites. That makes 435 residential units in total.

ArchitectsAlliance has signed on to design this new development project, an architectural firm known for some of the city’s most recognizable condominium landmarks. They have an extensive portfolio of downtown addresses. Their renderings for this high-rise show a clean, glass podium fronting the street and a modern tower rising above it. The tower features a subtle, contrasting façade that is sure to evolve into a neighbourhood focal point.
