Daniels FirstHome Keelesdale will add 731 new residential units to the neighbourhood. Seven mid-rise buildings would be added – reaching up to eight storeys – along with nine three-storey townhome blocks. Currently, international firm Graziani + Corazza is slated to handle the project’s architecture. Comprising 731 new suites in total, the overall unit mix would consist of:

Location & Neighbourhood
Daniels FirstHome Keelesdale building takes advantage of the upcoming Eglinton Crosstown LRT, which will have its Keelesdale Station just a short walk south. Expected to be up and running within the next few years, the LRT will add almost 20 kilometres of rapid transit across the city, providing residents with more transit options than ever before.
