Condo Project Summary

This comprehensive project will convert the site of the former Humber River Hospital – which remains vacant - and its surrounding 12 acres on a parcel just north of the upcoming Eglinton Crosstown LRT.

Daniels FirstHome Keelesdale is a mix of townhomes and mid-rise condominiums in Toronto. This new pre-construction project by The Daniels Corporation, Diamondcorp and Kilmer Group is located at 2175 Keele St. This development occupies ten acres on the east side of Keele, backing onto Woodborough Park.

With a total of 731 units, including condos and towns ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms, the project is a highly-anticipated transformation, spearheaded by one of the region’s most experienced mixed-use community developers.

The entire site is slated to be professionally landscaped by Ferris + Associates, which will blend the development into the leafy ravine lands which mark the neighbourhood.

Location & Neighbourhood

Daniels FirstHome Keelesdale building takes advantage of the upcoming Eglinton Crosstown LRT, which will have its Keelesdale Station just a short walk south. Expected to be up and running within the next few years, the LRT will add almost 20 kilometres of rapid transit across the city, providing residents with more transit options than ever before. For this reason, investing in property on or near the LRT is a smart move.

The Beechborough-Greenbrook neighbourhood features a mix of residential and employment use and it’s only just beginning to see an increase in contemporary condominiums. This gives you an excellent opportunity to be part of an area as its undergoing a transformation, in a building created extremely reputable developers, no less.

Keele, serving as a main artery, is lined with a variety of restaurants and retailers, from local shops to big-box stores. It’s served well by bus service, which connects you directly with the subway, as well an express route that goes to York University.

A series of ravines and greenbelts also line the immediate neighbourhood, making popular spots for dog walkers and joggers.

It’s easy to get to Highway 401, as well as the new Humber River Hospital, a state-of-the-art medical facility that replaces the building on the site of the condominium development. Shopping, parks and transit in a growing employment district? Sounds to us like a prime investment opportunity.
