Prime Condos’s proposal is calling for a 45-storey building just south of Gerrard Street, will offer retail at street level and a rich collection of indoor and outdoor amenities. CentreCourt has partnered with architects Page + Steele / IBI Group to design this a condominium in Toronto.
This development will come with a wide-range of suites for students that will be just steps from Ryerson University and young professionals that want to live and work in the heart of the city. to support a range of different lifestyles, this condo project will provide studio units up to three bedrooms.

The east and west facade will be articulated in vertical lines while the north and south facade will have horizontal bands that will give this tower a striking design that is both timeless and memorable.

Prime Condos is located in the Garden District, an area where intensification and tall building growth exists and will continue to.
