The development will have 1,654 condominium units in total; a small community in itself! A wide variety of unit sizes and layouts are proposed, catering to the diversity of residents who will doubtlessly want to call this downtown Toronto condo home. Suites will include 1,172 one-bedroom units, 304 two-bedroom units and 169 three-bedroom units.

This new building is being designed by not one, but three renowned architectural firms; Arquitectonica, S9 Architecture and Sweeny & Co. Arquitectonica is a Miami-based firm with international reach, known for their striking, minimalist designs. S9 Architecture, out of New York, is a group with numerous, urban, mixed-use communities under their belt. Sweeny & Co., is a Toronto-based firm that is responsible for several commercial and residential condominium projects throughout downtown Toronto.

The three of them have produced dazzling renderings for this condo project, showing sleek, minimalist towers with floor-to-ceiling windows. Near the top of each tower, outdoor amenity space has been carved out, allowing the communal terraces to offer gorgeous views of the downtown skyline.
