Although there will only be 36 homes, these units will come in a range of layouts and sizes to appeal to any lifestyle. Investors can choose from one bedroom bedroom plus den units to 3 bedroom plus den units. The homes will also come in a range of sizes including 857 to 2,108 square-feet.
These luxury residences will consist of clean contemporary lines on the exterior and sleek and sophisticated interiors.
There will also be enough space for outdoor living including spacious backyards on the ground floor units, expansive outdoor terraces and private rooftop terraces on the upper levels. Each home will come with large open-concept layouts, large floor to ceiling windows to bring in more natural light and bright and spacious finishes.
There will be 64 parking spaces, giving residents and visitors more than enough space to park in the complex. This development will have a modern architectural design. It will be covered in all-white brick with wood cladding to add different textures and elements to the exterior. Large floor-to-ceiling windows will be placed on every level.
Residents will also be able to see part of the basement level with windows starting just below grade. The basements will be fully furnished to add an additional level of space for residents. Additionally, the rooftop terrace for the upper floors will be partly made up of an all-glass covering while the rest of the terrace will be outdoors.
The outer surroundings of the terrace will have a landscaped design with bright greenery to add a pop of colour to this entire development. We can only expect that the interiors of these homes will have the same amount of luxury as the outside.
