The geometric building incorporates greys and a modern cube like design with projecting balconies that sets it apart from Toronto’s many other buildings. It will stand at 14 storeys, and house 169 units. It will also feature a limited amount of roomy 2-level townhomes.
Copious indoor amenities will be made available to residents, including a fitness centre, steam room, sauna and yoga studio. In addition, the building’s spacious party room comes with a fireplace lounge and kitchen. A private dining room with a kitchenette will also be made available for resident use.
Especially during warmer seasons residents will want to enjoy the lavish rooftop terrace that comes complete with a hot tub and sundeck. Outdoor eating and BBQ stations will also be available along with lounge seating, making relaxing rooftop get togethers ideal. Times spent in the space will also be scenic thanks to the spectacular view of the city provided by the building's prime location. Additionally, the patio will be complete with foliage and greenery.
Residents will have access to plenty entertainment sources not only inside the building but outside, with all of the city in close proximity -- especially the bustling Queen West packed with food, drink, art and shopping. There’s good reason why Vogue.com recently named Queen west on their list of 15 coolest neighbourhoods in the world. Of course Torontonians already know this, but it’s all the more reason for residents to engage in the popular area.
The building is projected to be followed by four more developments on the community’s north side as part of the revitalization project. Additional future phases are expected to include streets going east-west and north-south to help better connect Toronto, as well as basketball courts, a central park, and a new community centre.
