Condo Project Summary

Historic charm meets the luxe condominium lifestyle with this pre-construction tower set to grace the Church and Wellesley Village.

Meet the newest Toronto condominium development by Aspen Ridge Homes, The Charles at Church Condos, welcoming occupants in 2021.

This project will occupy prime space on the northwest corner of Church Street and Charles Street East, just south of Bloor.

Their proposal is calling for a sleek, singular tower of 47 storeys, housing 408 residential units, with retail on the ground level.

An underground parking garage will contain 135 vehicle spaces and ample bicycle spaces, while residents will have access to amenities on the third and fourth floors, along with a communal rooftop terrace.

The tower will contain 320 one-bedroom units, 88 two-bedroom units and 31 two-bedroom-plus den units with a variety of layouts and floorplans to appeal to the wide range of Torontonians who call this eclectic neighbourhood home.

Quadrangle Architects, the firm behind the design of  this building, has a vast portfolio of contemporary projects that include residential towers, cultural landmarks, and upscale retail and institutional buildings.

Their renderings for this Church and Wellesley condominium show a slender glass building with articulated balconies that are at once subtle, yet artful. The tower will be buffered from the street by a row of heritage buildings, which will be restored and used for retail and commercial purposes.

Location & Neighbourhood

When you invest in this condo project, you’re not just investing in a unit, but in one of Toronto’s most vibrant and eclectic neighbourhoods. Bars and cafes spill onto the sidewalk, while fresh produce stands and independent shops line every corner.

Eclectic cuisine, from hearty pub fare to contemporary dining, to health food joints are all at your doorstep. For the entertainment junkie, cinemas, comedy bars, dance clubs and arts and culture venues are easy to find.

Both Ryerson University and the University of Toronto are a short stroll away, as is the subway line and 24-hour College streetcar. The Financial District and Bay Street Corridor, both high-density employment districts, are minutes away.

This area also commands some of the highest condo resale values, real estate appreciation and rental rates in the city. The Church/Wellesley Village is a prime area to invest in and this development will be a dazzling addition to the neighbourhood.
