The Davisville Condos designed by RAW Design will be the perfect modern yet rustic addition to the urbanizing area. It will boast a Yonge Street heritage façade that will be conserved along ground floor level -- a portion of Manor Road façade will also be preserved. This will act as the exterior of the development’s podium, which will boast 3,089 square feet of retail space.

Finally, the features in the kitchens will include designer selected two-toned European-style cabinetry with extended upper cabinetry, quartz countertops and backsplash, European designed appliance package including integrated dishwasher, integrated 32” fridge, full-size gas range and built-in microwave, undermount stainless steel single sink with pullout chrome lever faucet, under valance cabinet lighting, contemporary ceiling mounted track light fixture and custom island/banquette, as per plan. Location & Neighbourhood

The Davisville Condos is nearby both Davisville and Eglinton areas. It is mere steps away from the busy Yonge and Eglinton intersection, a mere three minute walk to the Eglinton subway station. Davisville station is a slightly longer walk away, at 7 minutes.
