Renowned, London-based architectural firm Foster + Partners has signed on to design the building, in collaboration with CORE Architects. The locally-based CORE has worked on some of Toronto’s most striking and contemporary condominiums, while Foster + Partners is a firm with international reach, having designed iconic residences and cultural institutions across the globe.

The architecture team has designed the building to have warm, metallic tones and a unique façade featuring slender bronze ribbons that subtly wrap their way upwards. Suites at The One Residences will consist mostly of one-bedroom units, with a more limited selection of two and three-bedroom units. 

Suites are more spacious than you typically find in the condo market, with one-bedrooms ranging from 625 to almost 1,000 square feet, two-bedrooms approximately 2,000 square feet and a sprinkling of lavish three-bedroom, three-storey units that range from 4,000 to an eye-popping 9,000 square feet. Residential suites will be housed from the nineteenth floor and upwards, while eight floors of hotel space and seven floors of retail space will complete the tower. A full range of high-end indoor and outdoor amenities is proposed, including a wraparound outdoor terrace, offering unparalleled north, east and south exposure.  It’s the perfect place to throw a killer outdoor dinner party with dazzling views of the city. With interiors by upscale design firm Gluckstein Home, these suites will be thoughtfully-designed with a roster of luxe, contemporary touches.
