The Twelve Hundred Condos is an 8-storey mid-rise mixed-use condominium by Fieldgate Urban in Toronto. This pre-construction project is located at 1200 Dundas St W, in the Dufferin Grove neighbourhood. This development will come with 115 units ranging from one to three bedrooms.

The Twelve Hundred Condos is going to border Lakeview Avenue to the west, existing residences to the north, and existing commercial space to the east. This development will house a total of 115 condo units, including junior one bedrooms up to three bedrooms. These suites will range in size from 343 to 896 square-feet. The ground level will be dedicated for retail space.

The units will have an open-concept layout and there will be space for balconies and terraces for most suites.

The developers have planned to include 1,517 square feet of indoor amenity floor space that will appear on the second level. The second level will also have 506 square feet of outdoor amenity space. These amenities will include a virtual concierge, fitness centre with cardio equipment and free weights, bicycle storage rooms, ground floor complete with wet bar and fireplace, parcel locker room, rooftop private conference rooms, rooftop indoor party room with fireplace and lounge seating, rooftop outdoor amenity with lounge seating and BBQ station, The building will also have Ignite Gigabit high speed internet provided by way of a discount bulk agreement with Rogers.

The Twelve Hundred Condos is located in the vibrant and exciting Dufferin Grove neighbourhood. The Dufferin Grove district was first established by the Denison family, who in 1792 emigrated to Canada from England. The Denisons were active aides in Toronto's early military and political proceedings.
