This new condominium project will rise from the land at 373 Yonge Street and 3 Gerrard Street, perfectly situated on the vibrant commercial strip of Yonge, while backing on to Ryerson University’s bustling urban campus. Eight properties on Yonge will be redeveloped into a grand, nine-storey podium that will anchor the 85-storey tower, while housing retail, office space and condominium amenities. In total, the development proposes residential units ranging from studios at 331 to 553 square feet. 1-bedroom suites from 491 to 510 square feet. 1-bedroom plus den suites from 565 - 665 square feet. 2 bedroom suites from 641 - 1,171 square feet and 2 bedroom + den suites from 921 to 1,213 square feet. with 389 allocated for one-bedroom units, 459 for two-bedroom units and 109 for three-bedroom units. Modern open concept kitchens will offer a selection of quartz countertops and xontempoaray kitchen cabinetry, in addition to designer backsplashes. Ensuite master bathrooms will also allow buyers to select designer marble countertops and stylish chrome finishes for the bathroom hardware. 101,000 square feet will be devoted to retail in the podium, along with almost 120,000 for office use. Residential suites will occupy the remainder of the building, from the ninth floor upwards.


A welcoming and elegant lobby off of Yonge Street will set off the ambiance of the entire building. The tower will also feature 24 hour resident dedicated concierge service.
