2951 Highway 7 Condos is a new condominium development by Liberty Development Corporation in Vaughan. This pre-construction project is located at 2951 Hwy 7, Concord in the southwest corner of Highway 7 and Maplecrete Rd, just 5 minutes from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) Station.
This development will be a multiple tower of a 38-storey residential tower, a 35-storey tower and two 25-storey towers with a total of 1,328 residential units.

2951 Highway 7 Condos will sit on 5-acres of land and will be built in three phases. The first phase will consist of a high-rise residential tower reaching 38-storeys and a 14-storey office tower.
The second phase will incorporate a 35-storey tower and the third will be two 25-storey towers. The podiums for these towers will hold commercial and retail space to add to the local amenities and urban conveniences in this area.
This development will bring more office, commercial and retail space to this growing region. The 38-storey tower will come with 366 residential units and the office tower will hold over 250,000 square-feet of space.
The 35-storey tower will add 467 residential suites while the two towers will bring 495 suites. There will also be over 35,000 square-feet of retail space between all towers.
Based on the architectural renderings, each tower will have a sleek exterior made up of white metal framing and glass elements including large floor-to-ceiling windows on each level to add to the modern aesthetic of this development.
