7887 Weston Road Condos is a new modern, mixed-use condominium development in Vaughan. This pre-construction project is located at 7887 Weston Rd, on the north-east corner of Weston Rd and Highway 7.

The first phase of this development will consist of two towers (Tower A & B), that will rise 40-storeys and 45-storeys high, connected by a 5-storey podium. Amenities

The first phase of t7887 Weston Road Condos will consist of two towers, known as Tower A & B. Tower A will be 40-storeys high while Tower B will be 45-storeys high. Both towers will be connected by a 5-storey podium that is expected to hold the above ground parking garage. The entire sixth floor above the podium will hold all of the indoor and outdoor amenity space.

The indoor amenity space for this set of towers specifically, will hold over 25,000 square-feet of space while the outdoor amenity space will include over 18,000 square-feet of space and this includes an outdoor terrace.

With these large amounts of reserved space, we can only expect a wide range of amenities that will appeal to everyone.

Tower A and B will sit on the north side of the complex while Tower C and D will sit on the south side. These four towers will be separated by a courtyard that will be a great place for residents to spend their time. This courtyard will have lush greenery and landscape elements including benches, tables, chairs and parkland.

The first set of towers will have a total of 941 residential units. Tower A will have 460 residential suites while Tower B will hold 481 units.

7887 Weston Road Condos will have a range of floor plans and layouts to choose from including one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedrooms, two-bedrooms plus den and three-bedrooms.

The City of Vaughan is becoming one of Canada’s fastest-growing urban metropolises, it’s no wonder that it is attracting many new businesses and developers. This is a hot spot in the GTA to live, work and play. It is also a sought-after family-friendly community with many local and urban amenities close by.

There are many great retail stores and shops within walking distance from this development including Best Buy, Winners, Toys R Us, LCBO, Costco and HomeSense. Colossus Vaughan Cinemas is also nearby - This theatre is filled with many great restaurants surrounding it, making it a great place to eat dinner and catch a movie. For drivers, Highway 400 is just east of this development and will take commuters to Highway 407 easily. Driving around here is convenient and residents will never have to worry about getting in and out of the city. Additionally, Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station is just 7 minutes away from this development site. This is one of the first subway stations in Vaughan and will easily take commuters to Downtown Toronto in under an hour.
