This development will be a boutique condominium in the heart of Woodbridge, near many shops, restaurants and entertainment. This project is proposed to be a 7-storey, mid-rise with 86 residential suites ranging from one to three bedrooms. Investors can expect spacious, open-concept suites that will appeal to anyone, at any stage of life. These units will be divided between:

This development will sit on an angular plane with setbacks coming from every side of the building. Amenity space is proposed on the fifth and sixth floors and this will include an outdoor terrace on the sixth floor overlooking the neighbourhood.

There will be 2,200 square-feet of indoor amenity space and 1,776 outdoor amenity space proposed for this development. This amenity space will be enough to accommodate every resident.

This subway station is the first of its kind in Vaughan and will take commuters down the Yonge-University Line toward Downtown Toronto.
