Grand Festival Condos will be the second phase of this development located in the South VMC. This new community will span over 75 acres, with new developments planned every year to improve residential and commercial density. With the arrival of phase two, we are excited to announce it’s world-class indoor and outdoor amenities.
Two iconic towers have been added to the development, consisting of a 61-storey tower containing 592 units, and a 47-storey tower containing 514 units.
The floor plans will include 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + den and 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom + den units ranging from 537 to 905 square-feet.
The interiors should feature modern and luxurious features and finishes similar to the first phase condos.
Each tower will sit on a 4-6 floor podium that houses retail and amenity space that will be joined together by a beautifully poised bridge. The top of the bridge will be an outdoor terrace and lounge area available for the residents to enjoy.
The podiums will be interconnected between all four towers and will incorporate over 430,000 square-feet of retail space including sophisticated restaurants, boutique shops, an anchor fitness facility and grocery store. The indoor amenities will include the Social District with a party room and chef’s kitchen, the Wellness Retreat including relax and lookout lounge, oasis pool retreat and sun lounge, and Entertainment Hub with a multimedia room and sports bar as well as a kids zone and music and art rooms.
The outdoor amenities will include the Pavilion located on the fourth floor of the podium and a large outdoor terrace on the fifth floor with fire pits, barbeque stations, beautifully landscaped seating and lounging areas, an outdoor theatre and dog area. The development also includes a large shared green space stretching over 74,000 square-feet used as a common area for the residents and visitors of the condos.
An underground garage is proposed for the site, with approximately 1900 parking spaces for residents, and retail visitors. It is expected to feature four separate vehicle entrances for the several condos to access.
