Four Sixteen Condos will feature an urban architectural design with a charcoal brick exterior, a mix of red, dark grey and light grey metal panelling and large floor-to-ceiling windows around every unit including glass balconies. Icon Architects decided to use glass windows as the main element of the exterior and panelling boxes of different colours around each side to give this development the illusion of two buildings intertwined with one another. We can expect this development to offer large floor plans with open-concept layouts, contemporary designs and modern features and finishes. Location & Neighbourhood

Sitting in Downtown Whitby, this development will provide its residents with a charming town that offers unique dining and shopping experiences. For local motorists, Highway 401 is just south of this development and Highway 412 is just west.
