This project will be built on the corner of Ninth Line and Main Street in Whitchurch-Stouffville, which is an emerging community north of Toronto. This address is only minutes away from the Stouffville GO Station, which makes all of Southern Ontario imminently accessible.

If you work outside of this municipality, you’ll likely want a car as there isn’t much public transit that can quickly take you to the different communities. The local highways are a great help, though, and by using them you can get to Markham in 20 minute, North York Centre in 32 minutes, Vaughan in 34 minutes, and the Financial District in 40 minutes.

All of these employment centres are a reasonable distance away, but it’s Markham that’s most notable. Markham is widely regarded as “Silicon Valley North,” due to its reputation as Canada’s top technology hub. There are numerous different tech companies located here, making it an important employment centre.

For a small community, this location is only steps away from nearly everything you could ever need. It is very walkable, which indicates that most errands can be accomplished on foot.
