Greenpark Group

Greenpark Group is an experienced developer founded in 1967. They are a diverse form, having experience building townhomes, single-family homes and high-rise condominium buildings. The culmination of their experience and expertise has led them to become one of Canada’s largest home builders, with over 55,000 homes in the Greater Toronto Area.

None of it could have happened without their founder Carlo Baldassarra. Carlo emigrated to Canada from Italy at the age of 19 in 1958. Always passionate about building, Carlo’s first job was as a carpenter, but his ambition and excellent business skills would drive him to expand. Looking toward the future, he formed Greenpark Homes in 1967.

Carlo brought his beliefs about family and community engagement into his business. His development company is now run in collaboration with his sons Mauro, Armando and Michael, who are all part of the senior executive team. He has also contributed to the community by hosting the Touched with Hope Gala, at which Carlo donated $1 million to the Markham Stouffville Hospital’s ultrasound centre. Greenpark is proud to pass down the notions of family traditions and business values as they progress into the next generation of their company.

New Condo Developments by Greenpark Group

Though they began building almost exclusively low-rise family homes, this developer saw the opportunity to expand into the high-rise condominium market in 2002. Although they were brand-new to this part of the industry, they were able to adapt quickly, rapidly selling all the suites in their first few buildings. Their experience taught them to choose exemplary locations and proceed with their trademark bold vision and unwavering determination.

They’re continuing their foray into the condo market with their newest development, 330 Richmond. Axiom Condos

The first phase of this residential high-rise displays the luxury that we’re used to seeing from this developer. It rises 20 storeys and has 525 units. Each one features stainless-steel appliances, ceramic cook tops, stacked laundry and private terraces. Amenities include 24/7 concierge service, party room, lounge and sauna. Its address is 424 Adelaide Street E., and it was completed in December of 2016.

Kleinburg Heights

This master-built community goes back to this developer’s roots with 60 single-family houses, some of which enjoy ¾ acre plots of land. The homes are up to 7,950 sq.ft. and the site is built on the former Kleinburg Golf Course so you can expect to live amidst tailored, natural beauty. The houses enjoy massive two-door attached garages. They are located along Stevenson Avenue in Vaughan, and were completed in 2016.

South Tower at the Upper Village

This luxury residential high-rise offers the same high-end lifestyle that you’re used to seeing from this developer. The towers at Upper Village serve as a landmark in Markham and are distinguished by their stylish architecture. Amenities include a party room, exercise room and a billiards room. It is located at Markham Road and Edward Jeffreys Avenue and it was completed in 2013.

The Rosewood

This elegant pair of towers is located in the north part of Toronto.
