The team is led by President Julian Baldassarra, who brings over 12 years of building experience to the company. He is the third generation of a real estate company which spans over five decades. Julian's dedication and passion have allowed him to lead this team to plan and build thriving communities in up-and-coming neighbourhoods. Julian holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons B. Eng) from Ryerson University and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto.

At the right hand of Julian is Senior Vice President Gabriel DiMartino, who brings over 32 years of experience in the industry. He has had the opportunity to take the role of VP of Development with Armland Group and as the VP of Development planning with Graywood developments.

Coined as a veteran, he leads the company's approval and development of residential and mixed-use projects. His other roles at Trinity Point include overseeing site acquisition, entitlement and construction, and the complete process of a project.

Gabriel is also involved in industry advocacy initiatives as Co-Chair of the York Region Chapter of BILD (Building Industry and Land Development Association).

Gabriel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University, is a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners, and is a Registered Professional Planner.

Another team member leading the company to success is the VP of Construction, Michael Baglione. His career in the industry began over 20 years ago, allowing him to bring knowledge and vast experience to Trinity Point. His position in the company involves overseeing projects, working closely with the team, stakeholders, budgets and overall project management.

A home with Trinity Point is backed by Tarion. The company allows you to register for Tarion's MyHome (myhome.tarion.com) right after you take possession. MyHome is an online tool from your computer or mobile device that will enable you to submit warranty claims and upload supporting documents directly to your builder and Tarion. It also alerts you to important dates and warranty timelines, allows you to receive official correspondence from Tarion electronically, and schedules an inspection with Tarion when you need assistance.

Trinity Point has maintained an excellent track record from inception, and we expect them to keep up the momentum.
