The project will utilize nearly an acre of green space on the roofs of their towers, which will work to capture the excess of water and funnel it back into the community’s natural ecosystem. Conscious of Canadian weather, they have planned covered walkways and a state-of-the-art community centre for the site, which will promote healthy living all year long. EXPO City will take the condominium living experience into the 21st century with a community-based setting and environmentally-sound features.  

This real estate developer is truly looking to make an impact on future generations.
