This combined philosophy that integrates stunning design with strong relationships has certainly paid off, Gairdner has been able to guide his young company into an award winning development firm. They were given the 2014 BILD Award for Best Sales Office, 2014 BILD Award for Best Social Media, and the Award for Excellence from the 2017 Toronto Urban Design Awards. All of these awards were for their 383 Sorauren development.

They love enhancing neighbourhoods with their stunning architecture and designs, but they are also pragmatic about the investments they make. 383 Sorauren Condos

This attractive mid-rise is located in the Roncesvalles neighbourhood in Downtown Toronto. This is one of the most sought after areas in town, hailed for its European charms and vibrant markets. It also borders High Park, which is the largest park entirely within Toronto. This project stands at 10 storeys, and its exterior is adorned with classic red brick. This aesthetic celebrates Toronto’s historical Victorian architecture, while also infusing its own modernist flair. These boutique condos are outfitted with modern kitchens complete with solid core veneer slab cabinets and Corian kitchen countertops. The amenities in this building include an exercise room, lounge, and guest suite. This development was completed in 2016, and its address is 383 Sorauren Avenue.
