Fashioned after a similar model used for minor sports, LAUNCH will serve as a community-focused space designed to foster creativity, curiosity, and innovation.

In April 2019, this developer donated two Waterloo houses to be used; as studio space for local artists in hopes of encouraging creativity in the region. Two months after that, this developer was again trying to foster local creativity through their involvement with the 100 Notebook project, giving high school children a chance to express themselves through their donation of free notebooks.
