David Speigel, President & COO of Metropia, also worked at Tribute Communities for 15 years as the Executive VP. A visionary who has been part of the construction industry for over 30 years, David brings experience, efficiency, value and has a keen eye for areas that have extensive substantial growth and improvement to build up in triple AAA locations. Under his belt he has managed, either already completed or under construction over 15,000 homes and over 4,000 high-rise suites throughout out the Greater Toronto Area.
