This condo project is integral to the creation of a new central neighbourhood in the heart of Pickering. It will stand at 27 storeys high, and it will have approximately 324 individual condominium units with balconies, terraces and patios. These will include one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 531 sq.ft to 1,274 sq.ft.
